All leads generated by our marketing initiatives will be handled by the team, viewings carried out by them, and ongoing liaison and quotes undertaken both before and after the booking. Their unique knowledge of event delivery means they understand clients’ needs as well as understanding the demands and feasibility of delivery.
Operating from the impressive kitchen facilities at Lillibrooke Manor, the combined expertise of this team will provide a very wide range of the highest quality catering, including bespoke menus where required. Preparation in the Heritage Venues kitchen would be finished and delivered to your venue.
Sales reports will be generated weekly, and a full business report provided monthly. Primary focus of agreed monthly meeting to ensure transparency and an effective process for both companies.
