Choosing your wedding venue is one of the most important decisions you’ll make — and we want to make it as straightforward as possible. Here is everything you need to know about getting married at Lillibrooke Manor with Heritage Venues, from what’s included and what you’ll pay, to planning support and tasting evenings.
What is provided?
The Venue:
Lillibrooke Manor and Barns
Lillibrooke Manor provides exclusive use of the entire 15-acre estate and barns between 8am and midnight, including:
- Unique and separate spaces for your onsite ceremony (up to 170 guests), wedding breakfast (up to 170 guests) and reception areas for drinks and dancing (up to 220 guests)
- Two private preparation rooms — the Tack Barn and the Cottage Room
- Tables and chairs
- Projector and large screen in the Great Barn
- Leather Chesterfield armchairs in the Engine House
- Disabled access and toilet facilities
- Free onsite parking
- Pet friendly grounds

Heritage Venues provides full event management and catering throughout your wedding day, including:
- Support from our team from the moment you enquire
- Appointed wedding planning contact to guide you through all planning and preparation
- Event manager and full event team on your wedding day
- Experienced staff to coordinate pre-wedding ceremony registrar meetings
- Passionate team of experienced chefs in our state-of-the-art onsite kitchen
- Excellent selection of delicious menu choices
- Complimentary menu tasting for two
- Fully stocked bar (card payments only)
- Use of laptop and Spotify
- Complimentary guest Wi-Fi
- Cake table and knife
- Easel
- PA, sound system and wireless microphone for speeches
- Table linen, crockery, cutlery and glassware
- Pre and post event cleaning
What You Pay and When
Accommodation bookable with Hestian Stays*
The Grade II listed Manor House, The Loft and The Old Piggery provide luxury accommodation in eight double rooms sleeping up to 16 adults, all with beautiful en-suites. The Loft is a secluded and romantic honeymoon suite adjacent to the Manor House, provided complimentary with your Manor House booking. The Old Piggery is an optional double suite which can be added to your booking.

Onsite Wedding Ceremonies
If your ceremony is taking place at Lillibrooke Manor, an onsite ceremony charge is payable to Heritage Venues. This covers the setup of chairs, tables, linen and speaker systems, plus cleaning thereafter. This fee is separate to the Registrar payment which you arrange and pay for directly.

Heritage Venues understands that every wedding is a one-of-a-kind event, which is why we don’t offer pre-packaged wedding plans. Instead we provide a flexible, personalised approach to help you design your perfect day — entirely tailored to your vision and preferences.
To help with planning, Heritage Venues can provide examples of options and costs so you can estimate expenses and make informed decisions that align with your budget and aspirations.
Examples to help you budget
The price of your three-course wedding breakfast is determined by your main course choice from our Classic, Signature or Luxury dishes. You may choose any starter and dessert to complement your main course. Heritage Venues also offers a selection of drinks packages to suit every taste and budget — from Champagne to craft beer, white, red or rosé wines.
Remember — Heritage Venues doesn’t offer set packages and you can mix and match between any of our options.

- Stay over with us in the Manor House (complimentary stay for the happy couple in The Loft when booking the Manor House) – £1,620

All pricing examples are Inclusive of VAT and based on our 2026 price list. Minimum Event Management & Catering spend is £5000 inc. VAT for Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs & Sunday (excluding Bank Holidays). Minimum Event Management & Catering spend is £6600 Inc VAT for Friday & Saturday
Tasting Evening
When you book your wedding at Lillibrooke Manor, one of the many things to look forward to is attending a complimentary tasting evening. Food plays a huge part in wedding planning and that’s why we give you the chance to come and experience the quality of our menus ahead of the big day.
It’s not just about the food either — you’ll meet the Heritage Venues event and catering team, be inspired by venue styling and suppliers, and meet other couples who are marrying at Lillibrooke Manor.
Please note: where you have booked at short notice (eight months or less) or where your date has been moved due to unforeseen circumstances, a tasting event may not be available — although we will always try our best to provide one.

Planning your day
Once you have booked your wedding at Lillibrooke Manor, a dedicated member of the Heritage Venues award-winning wedding planning team will be assigned to you. With years of experience, our team will guide you through the entire planning process — from inspiration and advice to finalising every last detail.
To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, Heritage Venues will schedule a planning meeting approximately three months before your wedding day.
