Located in the sleepy hamlet of Sulgrave, the venue is surrounded by rolling countryside yet is only 30 minutes from the centre of Oxford, 10 minutes from the M40 and 50 minutes from Heathrow and London.
Approached through beautifully manicured cottage gardens, Sulgrave Manor provides a magnificent backdrop for weddings and grand corporate events. This magical setting is extremely versatile and is the perfect venue for small intimate wedding ceremonies or corporate events in the Great Hall, through to those requiring a sit-down wedding breakfast for 100 in the sympathetically styled Courtyard Hall. With the addition of a marquee on either the Courtyard Terrace, Courtyard Lawn or Orchard, this number can be comfortably expanded to 200. You may choose to have photographs taken at your leisure in various locations across the site including the award winning Tudor Knot Garden, the Orchard and the Walled Garden.
Sulgrave Manor is licensed to hold Civil Ceremonies and Corporate Functions (Civil Ceremony capacity 70 guests) or in the rustic atmosphere of the Courtyard Hall (Civil Ceremony capacity 90 guests). The Courtyard Hall is also capable of hosting a sit-down wedding breakfast or corporate event for up to 100 guests (to include space for a dance floor) combining the charm and elegance of a bygone age with a modern Function suite designed to blend with the traditional architecture of the main house.
